REWIND: The Bluetones - 'Bluetonic'

Posted on the 17 May 2016 by Rw/ff @rwffmusic
Another classic album that turns 20 years old in 2016 is the debut full-length from The Bluetones. 'Expecting To Fly' was released in February 1996, and managed to knock Oasis's mammoth '(What's the Story) Morning Glory?' off the number 1 spot in the UK album charts, and ended up going platinum. From it, here is the wonderful 'Bluetonic'. After splitting up a few years ago, the band didn't take long to reunite for more gigs. A review of frontman Mark Morriss's solo album 'A Flash Of Darkness' can be found HERE, and photos of Morriss from 2012 can be found HERE.
