I've had my eye on this palette since it first came out, but I didn't have any pan eyeshadows or enough single eyeshadows that would justify the purchase of it. However thanks to MakeupGeek who sent me twelve lovely eyeshadow pans I thought, finally! I can get myself an Unii palette.
What attracted me to this palette initially was the sleek and simple aesthetics, as well as the unique function. It's runs for 29.00 dollars which is a decent enough price. Do I wish it were cheaper? Yes, of course. Do I think its over priced? No.
It fits all twelve of my Makeup Geek shades with room for two more, so 14 shadows in total. The Makeup Geek pans are 1.8 grams while Mac is 1.5 so if you wanted to use these for Mac eye shadow you might be able to fit more. The palette is rather small but there is nothing else like it out there I really love it.
Would I buy another? Possibly (yeah I definitely will), but next time I purchase a empty makeup palette I plan on trying out the Z palette.
