Review: This Moose Belongs To Me {The Children's Bookshelf}

By Smilinglikesunshine @smilinglikesuns
Happy Monday! I loved checking out all the posts linked up at The Children's Bookshelf last week. One of my favorite posts was Learn from Basho:The Master of the Haiku by Kid World Citizen.
 Last week I shared a book by Oliver Jeffers and coincidentally we have just received his new book This Moose Belongs to Me.
Review: This Moose Belongs To Me {The Children's Bookshelf}
I love everything Jeffers writes and this one was no exception. It tells the story of Wilfred, a very organized little boy and his Moose Marcel. Marcel finds Wilfred's rules a bit too much and starts to break some of the rules that Wilfred has been imposing.
A beautiful thought provoking story about ownership: That man does not "own" the world and is not the "master"of the animals.  The artwork of the book is slightly different from Jeffers' other books. In this book we see beautiful landscapes of mountains and forests. You can have a  peek here.
