I love starting my day with breakfast and usually flip between toast and cereal. I recently tried The Australian Superfood Co Paleo Granola sample pack ($7). With enticing names: Lime, Coconut, Macadamia Burst; Vanilla, Berry, Nutty Goodness and Cacao, Coconut Crunch they're packed full of superfoods so they're nutritionally dense and beneficial for health and well-being.

Although these can be eaten alone, I like my breakfast to pack a bit more punch. I'd suggest some yoghurt and fruit with The Australian Superfood Co granola of your choice sprinkled over the top. With summer just around the corner, make the most of the fruit on offer and add a spoonful of honey on top for that added sweetness.

As well as breakfast, the Australian Superfood Co has a range of raw bars that make for the ideal on the go snack. With dates as the main ingredients, these raw bars are an acquired taste but they're packed full of superfoods; Kakadu plum, Davidson plum, Quandong and Riberry so they're wholesome and nourishing.

I need to get accustomed to the flavours as I'm use to eating muesli bars that are a lot sweeter (and full of sugar) but I did enjoy the Desert Tribe Tropical raw bar, my son too, we ended up sharing it. With dried mango and pineapple, these are some of my favourite flavours and naturally sweeter.

If you're a fan of citrus, Lemon Seed Wonder with lemon myrtle and finger lime is the one for you. The lemon is quite intense and it packs a punch with the citrus flavour.

The Australian Superfood Co also stock Native Fruit Powders and Native Herbs and Spices. They can be added to a range of recipes, which boost their superfood value.
