This has been a staple in my makeup bag for forever! I realised the other day that I had never reviewed it for yuo so here we go!This is the rimmel london Soft Kohl Eye liner pencil in black. It works amazingly, on both lower and top water lines. It last ages, i put it on in the morning it is still there in the evening. The color is very black which is what you would hope for but I have had liners that look like they have been watered down when you put them on your water line.
When it comes to putting liner on the top of your lid I am more of liquid pen sorta gal, so I can't comment on the way that it applies to that. I have tried it, but I think I just haven't mastered using pencil liner on the lid as oppose to the product not working!
The pencil seems to last for ages! I keep sharpening it but I'm pretty sure it growns back! I really have nothing bad to say about this eyeline. It not expensive at all and it does an amazing job.
I highly recommend this product, especially if you are just starting out with makeup or with eyeliner, its cheap and it works so well.Laura x
