I am loving Rimmel London Foundations. Over the past few month, maybe even 6 months, I have been using the Rimmel London Wake me up foundation, and have been loving it. It is quite a light foundation, perfect for summer, but i wanted a higher coverage foundation for winter. So I thought I would try the Match perfection foundation and see what it was like.
Good basic sturdy packaging and at £6.99 the price wasn't bad so I thought I would just go for it even though I hadn't really read much about it in the blogging sphere.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It has a really light consistency but still with good coverage, not full coverage but more than the Wake me up which was exactly what I was looking for.It is a matte foundation whereas the wake me up had a shimmer to it to add a glow.
It blends really easily and covers up blemishes and evens ski tone so that is perfect especially in the winter when we get the red faces from temperature changes and just the general cold. It is really good because its not dry and doesn't clump in dry patches on my skin, makes my skin look flawless, which will come in handy in Chrismas pictures!!
Overall I am really pleasded with this foundation and honestly dont have any criticisms apart from the fact that the packaging could maybe look better!! Good purchase and highly recommend. Laura x
