Review: New Milkybar Milk & Cookies
I reviewed the US Milkybar Milk & Cookies bar in the very early days of my blog in 2012. It's interesting that three years later we're getting the same bar released as a UK edition. The new Milkybar Milk & Cookies is a fairly simple white chocolate and cookie combination. It comes in a large 118g Sharing Block format (which doesn't sound that much bigger than the usual 100g bars, but for some reason it just looks massive).

The cookie pieces are a very dark brown/black (they look more like Oreo cookie pieces rather than the milk chocolate cookie shown on the packaging), giving the white chocolate a greyish appearance. The flavor is exactly as I remember the previous American version, and is also very similar to the Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme bar (the only Hershey's chocolate I enjoy!), with it's sweet white chocolate and crunchy texture. The white chocolate is a little bland but it works well with the chocolatey cookie pieces, Even though this isn't the most exciting tasting chocolate, it's still one I can imagine buying again, as it reminds me of those harder to find American chocolates.
