I hardly ever take vitamins–I know that is so bad but I’m trying to find the best ones for me. I was excited to test out these gummy vitamins for two reasons one, they remind me of gummy bears and I love strawberry flavored anything and they promote hair and nail growth which I also love. I took these vitamins in the morning when I woke up and they taste amazing :) I was sent a sample packet to try out and I really like them so I am definitely going to be purchasing a full size bottom ASAP! If you are looking for a new vitamin to try out I definitely recommend Nature’s Bounty it is a great brand and I will keep you guys updated on any improvements with my skin, hair and nails.
