Do not apply on wounds.My Opinion:There are so many things I really love about this sunscreen. Especially since I have now been using it for over a month on my baby and it does not irritate my baby’s skin.This sunscreen seems to be fine for the skin.This sunscreen truly pure mineral based and dermatologist tested for safety and purity on kid’s skin. The product is made from different types of natural ingredients like Cocoa butter, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera Extract etc also contains some very effective natural and essentials oil like Rice bran Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Olive Oil, Wheat germ Oil, and Lavender Essential Oil.  Another key ingredient is Zinc Oxide. Zinc Oxide provides the best broad spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays! The texture of the sunscreen is smooth. The consistency of the sunscreen is a bit thick, not runny like other regular body lotions. So it takes a minute to spread on his skin and there is no harsh smell from unnecessary chemicals. I absolutely love the scent! It has a very aromatic fragrance and the fragrance lingers for few minutes just after the application.

I have even applied it to my own skin a few times. It has provided nice protection for my boy and me.

• Leaving a very slightly white cast during application 
• SPF 20+ is not enough for a day at the pool or beach

Overall, this sunscreen doesn’t affect my son negatively at all. It takes a little time to absorb after being applied but I love it. The main reason it is enriched with the goodness of calendula extracts, shea butter olive oil, and Cocoa butter these all helps to deeply nourish babies Skin. Mama Earth mineral based sunscreen is made of a non-chemical, natural fragrance and dermatologically tested for safety and purity on kids skin. The product comes in a pump packaging which is also very safe and travel-friendly. This is for both the body and face.
