Comfort and Surf have released a gorgeously winter duo; the new detergent 'Surf Winter Violets & Mistletoe' and a fabric softener 'Comfort Creations Mistletoe & Crocus'. Apparently this is the first time that Surf and Comfort have co-ordinated a scent collection that works beautifully together. The bottles look very festive and both have the same silver and purple color theme and mistletoe decoration.
I was ridiculously eager to get my washing machine on and give these a try! Who knew that the magic words 'limited edition' would even work with laundry detergent?
The Surf Winter Violets & Mistletoe and Comfort Creations Mistletoe & Crocus have been specially blended by perfume experts to create festive fragrances with the scents of winter flowers. Both fragrances are fresh florals but with gorgeous winter warmth undertones. What I love about these fragrances is that they are still appropriate for laundry, leaving a lovely fresh scent that is not too overpowering. I've been a fan of the Comfort Creations range since I last reviewed them and I very rarely use any other brand these days. I used the Comfort Creations Mistletoe & Crocus with both the new Surf detergent and with my regular detergent and it always left the laundry (and my whole kitchen!) with a beautifully fresh scent.
I always enjoy changing up my laundry detergents (especially the softener) and I can heartily recommend this new mistletoe collection for adding a little bit of winter freshness to your clothes.
Surf Winter Violets & Mistletoe has an RRP of £5.00 for 875ml. Comfort Creations Mistletoe & Crocus has an RRP of £3.30 for 1.16L. Both are available from all major supermarkets until 1 February 2016.
