REVIEW: ESPA HYDRATING FLORAL SPAFRESH
After falling in love with the Hydrating Cleansing Milk from ESPA (review here), I decided to treat myself to the Spafresh, which is basically a toner. Until I started working at an ESPA Spa, I didn't know much about the brand or their products. One of the best parts of the job for me is always discovering new products, and being able to see the benefits on clients.
I've not always been a huge fan of toners as I've always found that they appear to do nothing other than dry out my skin. The main reason why I love this product is because it instantly makes my face feel clean and refreshed. It's very calming and soothing, so it's really good for calming down redness around breakout areas.
The smell is wonderful, it contains rose extracts, so it has a very floral fragrance (hence the name). ESPAs products are also very natural, they hardly contain any chemicals and work more on rebalancing the natural oils in our skin, rather than feeding it with chemicals that are no good to us. This means that it's very kind and gentle on the skin, and causes no irritation at all.
The final thing I love about this product is the size, it's 200ml which lasts a good 4-6 months as a little goes a long way. It's £23.00, which sounds expensive at first but if you think about it, you can pay up to £10 for an off the shelf toner, which is usually half the size and also doesn't have as many benefits for me personally.
