I have been meaning to buy this for so long and eventually one day I remembered! So many people have raved about it and I wanted to try it out for mysef.
It is the Carmex moisturising lip balm. It says it helps to moisture and relieve dry, cracked lips.
I have had really bad lips lately, I think it is the change in weather, and this has been so good on my lips. The days they have felt a bit sore I just apply some of this and within 5 minutes my lips feel so much better. You can almost feel it working as it can make your lips tingle a little bit but again that stops within a couple of minutes. 
It works great if you apply it before or after lipstick, to help keep your lips moist and also helps to protect them from the cold so it will come in handy during the winter, especially here in Scotland.I have noticed a real improvement to the state of my lips, it really has a good affect on my lips. I am very happy with this purchase!
