Improved Service Levels
As from 27th January RTS Waste are implementing a revised plan of their scheduled Trade Waste collections.
RTS are extremely proud that our business has significantly grown due to excellent quality of service in the past, this increase in volume has resulted in a our fleet undertaking all collections where possible on the same days. However, the actual time of collection may vary initially whilst we refine the vehicle movements on that day.
Over the next week we will be carefully monitoring the fleet and service levels and will be looking to segregate waste streams and monitor the content and weight of all bins in the near future.
An Additional Dedicated Recyclable Collection
All trade Waste collections in the South East post codes will have an additional dedicated Recyclable Collection added to the schedule. If there is any disruption in the first week starting Monday 27th January 2014, we apologize and have prepared a backup driver and vehicle for any missed collections. It is hoped that this plan is introduced transparently to all our customers. But in an unfortunate case where your waste is not collected within 24 hours of previous schedule timings then please contact the operations office on 020 7232 1711 or free phone 0800 074 7423.
