Replacing Bathroom Cabinet Hardware

By Homewithbaxter @homewithbaxter
I got around to replacing the pulls on the bathroom cabinets this weekend.  There wasn't anything wrong with the old ones, but I wasn't in love with them.
Before Replacing Bathroom Cabinet Hardware
The new ones are chrome and match the other fixtures better.  I also like their more modern shape.
After Replacing Bathroom Cabinet Hardware
They are the Siro Designs 3 3/4 Bright Chrome European Railing Bars from Lowe's.

I had a small problem installing them.  Although the old and new pulls both measured 3 3/4 center-to-center, the new handles did not align perfectly with the previously drilled holes.  To fix this, we took our power drill and a small drill bit and gently moved the drill bit around the top of the hole to make it a little larger.  This allowed us to push the screw a little higher and line it up with the pull.  If you run into a problem like this, just make sure that your new pull will still cover the hole if you need to make bigger.
Just a few more projects left in here!
