The first party was packed with attendees, but it felt more like a competition than a celebration. The focus on team contests overshadowed the festive spirit, and unity seemed to take a backseat.

• Year 2: JUGLOW

This one was personal for me because I participated in a contest. Rehearsing, rushing to eat, and performing left me feeling drained rather than festive. It was a battle, not a party.

• Year 3: Mafia (The Missed Party)

I decided to skip this one. Let’s just say Netflix was my companion that year, and the mood wasn’t quite right for me to join.

• Year 4: JUShineBright

And here we are—the crown jewel of all the year-end parties! This time, everything clicked. The event was lively, engaging, and truly felt like a celebration of unity and fun.

Why JUShineBright Stands Out

This party was nothing short of legendary. For the first time, the bosses and organizers truly set the tone for a wild and exciting celebration.

Here’s what made it unforgettable:

• Unlimited Food and Drinks

After 9 PM, the buffet opened wide, and the drinks flowed freely. The joy of indulging without limits brought everyone closer together.

• A Wild Dance Floor

The energy on the dance floor was unmatched. Music blasted, lights dazzled, and everyone let loose, forgetting the usual pressures of work and daily life.

• No Raffle, No Problem

Unlike previous years, there was no raffle. Instead, everyone left the event smiling, as if they’d all won the grand prize. The genuine happiness was palpable.
