What I like about it:

Best way to use as recommended by Aveda is to rub cream all over the body in circular motions and especially paying extra attention to tense areas.
I’ve been using the Aveda Stress-Fix Body Creme at night after my gym workout. Sometimes the following day after my gym session, my shoulders would ache a little. I found that since using the body creme right before bedtime, it has helped my shoulders to relax a little and even helped me to sleep better.
