  • Palak / Spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • Paneer slice
  • Chili
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste
  • Water
  • Red chili powder
  • Cumin powder


Method:Grind the spinach in grinder with little water, 2 green chilies, and salt according to one’s taste. Keep it aside. Now take a fry pan. Add vegetable oil and add sliced Paneer. Fry it until it gets light brown. Keep fried paneer aside. Now add cumin powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder and cook it for 10 minutes. Now add paneer in it and cook it. Lastly add spinach paste and a sprinkle of salt. Cook it for another 15 minutes. Now serve it with chapatti.
