Recipe of Mutter Paneer

If I take an example of Indian Cuisine then must say that Indian cuisine are just mouth watering and divided into four sub cuisine like North Indian, East Indian, West Indian and South Indian. All dishes are from same country, India, but all these are totally different in taste and texture. But there are few recipes are there which is equally popular in four sub region. Mutter paneer is the example of this. It is equally popular in each state and place. You can prepare it in your own kitchen or take the taste of restaurant.   • Cube Paneer, 
  • Onion, peas, 
  • Ginger paste, 
  • Chopped Tomato, 
  • Cumin powder, 
  • Turmeric powder, 
  • Chopped green chili, 
  • Water,  
  • Garam Masala, 
  • Oil for cooking, 
  • Coriander leaves, 
  • Salt to taste. 

Method:Grind onion and tomato in a grinder separately. Take fry pan. Add oil and fry the paneer cubes. Keep it separately. Now add onion paste. After few minutes, add tomato paste. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, green chili. Cook it until the oil gets separated. Now add a little water. Cook it another 10 minutes. Add peas. Then also cook it for 5 minutes. Add salt and check whether the peas get soft or not. If it is soft then add fried paneer cubes and cook it for few minutes. Decorate with coriander leaves.
Now is the time to serve it with chapatti, nun or parathas.
