Recipe of Chicken Biryani

Indian cuisine is really appreciated by each part of the World. Indian cuisine is full of spices colorful and very tasty. There are lot of variety of foods are available in Indian cuisine. Indian people are really great in cooking. There are lots of Muslim cooking styles are there in Indian Cuisine. A lot of famous Muslim preparation is there which are really admirable. One must taste these items. One of the most popular dishes is Biryani. This dish has come from the period of Mughal Empire. Biryani is the dish which includes mainly rice and other vegetarian or non vegetarian item. That can Be vegetable Biryani, can be Chicken Biryani, can be Mutton Biriyani. If you have probation cook it in your home and your family members will enjoy it. But if you do not have the probation to cook it at home then easily go to an Indian restaurant like Food panda, Subway and easily enjoy the food.

Today we will share the menu of chicken Biriyani so can if anyone is interested can easily prepare it in his/ her home.
You need to preparethe item
  • Leg Pisces of chicken, 
  • Basamati rice soaked in water, 
  • Cumin seeds, 
  • Red chili powder, 
  • Garam Masala, 
  • Curd, 
  • Turmeric powder, 
  • Ginger paste, 
  • Garlic paste, 
  • Coriander powder, 
  • Salt to taste, 
  • Chopped tomatoes, 
  • Chopped fresh mint, 
  • Bay Leaves, 
  • Milk, 
  • Kesar, 
  • Ghee, 
  • Oil for cooking, 
  • Cashew nuts for garnishing, 
  • Onions, 
  • Potatoes

Method: 
Marinate the chicken Pisces with onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and kesar. Now add the curd with marinated chicken. Keep it at least for 2 hours. Now fry potatoes, Onions and tomatoes add these with marinated chicken. Add mint leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilies. Now add ghee, oil to the marinated chicken and keep it at least for 45 minutes. Boil the rice with garam masala. Now build a layer. First put rice then marinated chicken then again rice then again chicken. Make sure the top level will be rice. Cover it with lid and cook it at least for 1 hour. Now serve it with raita or any chicken dish.
