Lately I have been loving the SacconeJoly Vlogs on Youtube, and Anna SacconeJoly's blog, I was on her blog that I saw these cupcakes; my recipe for the cakes is slightly different but the decorations for fathers day is very similar. I hope you like them as much as liked Anna's!
For the cakes you will need-
4tbsp Water boiling
40g Cocoa powder
3 Eggs
- 175g Butter (unsalted)softened
- 165g caster sugar
- 115g Self-raising white flour
- 1tsp Baking powder rounded
For the decoration you will need-175g Icing sugar90g butterPaper/ Post-it-notesStrawsDigestive Biscuits (/Grahams Crackers)Green SprinklesWhite round sweets (I used mints)
