Hellooo shimmers,My mom had bought lots of berries for a pudding one day when we had friends round, however, everyone went for the cheesecake which meant we were left with mountains of berries so I decided to make some smoothies.
IngredientsHandful of berries ( I used strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)1/2 a bananaTwo tablespoons of yogurt ( I used greek fat free strawberry yoghurt)Squeeze of orange or lemon juice
MethodPut everything in a blender and blitz, simple!
Store in jars and then in the fridge. Jars are the perfect containers for smoothies and juices.Laura x
