  • ½ cup cashew
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • ½ cup organic dates
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. vegan honey
  • 1 tsp. Yuve Matcha green tea
  • 4 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 100g vegan chocolate bar


  1. Place coconut flakes and Matcha green tea in a food processor and blend until rough green powder. Put it in a flat plate and set aside.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth texture.
  3. Make small balls from the nutty mixture with your hands.
  4. Roll the balls on the flat plate and cover them with Matcha coconut powder.
  5. Place macaroons in the fridge for 20min to become firm. In the meantime, melt chocolate bar on a low heat and set aside in a bowl.
  6. Dip macaroons in chocolate one by one, then place on the plate in the fridge.
