When you feel like chocolate, matcha and coconut in the same time, Raw Matcha Chocolate Macarons is what can definitely make you happy!
Raw Matcha Chocolate Macarons
Ingredients
- ½ cup cashew
- ½ cup peanuts
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- ½ cup organic dates
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. vegan honey
- 1 tsp. Yuve Matcha green tea
- 4 tbsp. coconut flakes
- 100g vegan chocolate bar
Instructions
- Place coconut flakes and Matcha green tea in a food processor and blend until rough green powder. Put it in a flat plate and set aside.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth texture.
- Make small balls from the nutty mixture with your hands.
- Roll the balls on the flat plate and cover them with Matcha coconut powder.
- Place macaroons in the fridge for 20min to become firm. In the meantime, melt chocolate bar on a low heat and set aside in a bowl.
- Dip macaroons in chocolate one by one, then place on the plate in the fridge.
