4:34PM EST November 29. 2012 - There's a reason Casey Hampton's Pittsburgh Steelers teammates call him "Big Snack."
Despite his team's bitter rivalry with the Baltimore Ravens, the 325-pound defensive tackle has made a tradition of accepting a pregame hot dog from one heckling fan during the Steelers' annual trip to M&T Bank Stadium.
Via Pittsburgh Tribune-Review:"[Baltimore fans] talk just as bad as anybody else. I've heard every fat thing in the world so that doesn't bother me too much. Sticks and stones, man, I know I'm fat it ain't no big deal. There's one fan, I don't know his name but we go at it every year," Hampton said. "He brings me a hot dog out and everything. He takes care of me. That's my guy."Linebacker Larry Foote verified the 12-year vet's story later Thursday afternoon.

After losing two straight games and entering the crucial AFC North matchup clinging to a playoff spot at 6-5, the Steelers better hope Hampton will be just as efficient in feasting on running back Ray Rice.
