Raising Brows: Why Full Brows Are Essential

Maybe you’re born with it, maybe it’s Maybelline? Just kidding. Not all of us were born with the blessing of thick brows. If you are like me then your eyebrows are short of non-existent. Even if that is the case, a full eyebrow is so necessary for the every fashionista’s beauty look. What is a nearly eyebrowless girl to do? Pencil them in of course!

I personally use a dark brown brow liner. First, I fill in my actual brow with the pencil. Then, I fill in around the edges to make them a little bit thicker. Please note that I said “a little bit thicker”, this is very important. When you have thin brows you just have to accept the fact that you will not like Brook Shields circa 1980.

Embrace it, accept it, it ain’t happenin’

You may not be able to achieve full blown Brooke Shields, but you can achieve a full brow that does not disappear with the flash of a camera. My sister and I have a joke that we do not leave the house without our eyebrows. For me, a full brow is crucial to having a complete beauty look. I could have everything done, but without the brows something is just missing. Once completed it looks like the below:
