Wow, just wow that's all I can say, what a way to bounce back Bucs! Cole was magnificent, he pitched with a real attitude like he says. To do what he did when this team absolutely NEEDED it most is the stuff of an ace which he is well on his way to becoming. Pedro's blast really put us in the drivers seat but it was his ground out which allowed Byrd to advance to third that really stood out to me. Those are the types of things I teach my 10 year old baseball team and was a beautiful thing to watch. The bullpen appears to be back in form, the defense continues to solid and to me this team looks like one that has all it's cannons loaded and has the mental fortitude to overcome adversity. My lone concern is the A.J. but after yesterday I can't see Clint going to him for a game 5 in St. Louis, to me the choice is clear if we get to that point. If we get to a game 5 the starter MUST be Cole, he earned that today IMO.
