Everyone's favorite...Ragda Pattice!!

In my childhood days, we used to visit beaches in Goa during summer, to relieve ourselves from soaring heat and itchy - sweat sinked skin, on cool beaches. It was a kind of set custom for all of us , to go to beach, play in water, make sand castles , take long walks along beach side and finally when its dawn, as we pack our bags to go to home ,have a plate of each chaat...Pani puri,Sev Puri, Ragda Pattice!

My sister is a big fan of Ragda Pattice...although I am not much of a ragda pattice fan, as I love Sev Puri !

My sister would only eat ragda pattice and I never tried to taste it.
Recently, I had tried Ragda Pattice and loved it so much, that nowadays, I make it often along with Sev Puri for snacks.

This recipe of Ragda Pattice will yield 2 so if you are planning to make this for more people then accordingly adjust quantity.

Tips:

Depending on the quality of peas, decide whether the whistles needed are more or less. The peas which I used, got soft and mushy in 2 cooker whistles(i.e approx. 10- 12Mins).
