Radish Green Leaves Salad with Basil Vinaigrette
1Bunch of fresh radishes, clean and cut into thin slices
Radishes Leaves, washed.--By soaking the green leaves in water.
2 Medium potatoes, boiled and diced
Basil Vinaigrette * recipe below
Preparation:
In a plate or serving dish place radish green leaves, potatoes and radish slices. And spoon the vinaigrette over the salad.
Basil Vinaigrette
1/3 C. olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve the salad with slices of fresh bread.
