Quick Snack: Fresh Juice – Carrot-apple-beet-kale-parsley-lemon!

So, thanks to a friend’s Instagram of their juicing ventures, I’m back at it.

We went to the store and stocked up on TONS of organic veggies: carrots, kale, beets, granny smith apples, gala apples, parsley, lemon, cucumbers, celery.

My goal is to juice every day after naps, before dinner.

Day before yesterday I included a slice of fresh ginger (you can leave the skin on), but Henry found it a bit too “spicy”…however, I loved it and it’s a great immune support!

Here was yesterday’s variety:

This actually began to make WAY too much for just the 3 of us, so I bagged 1/2 of the veggies for tomorrow.

SO delicious.  My little guy said it was better than chocolate!

I’ll be experimenting with more flavor varieties, so stay tuned!
