Kingston based indie band Pushpin had plenty of time during to reassess their sound. Folds, the new single, finds them exploring the electronics side of pop and adding a bit of jazz, while retaining their knack for serving up skewed rhythms. With two vocalists playing catch on the right and left channel the track gets close under the skin, but in a good way.
