Valerie the puppy was born on Oct. 15, 2013, to Joanne and Dave Boardman of Stoke, UK, with a perfect heart-shaped patch on her back.
Valerie is a Jack Russell-Chihuahua-cross and is one of 25 dogs in the Boardman household. (Source)
