Punk Rock Interiors: Le Corbusier Meets Konstantin Grcic

By Facingnorth
Flat n. 50 of the Cité Radieuse in Marseille  is the only apartment that still resemble the original designed conceived by one of the great master of Modernism, Le Corbusier. Nowadays, the flat has become a workshop of new ideas for several designers who "update" the famous flat to their personal and contemporary vision. This is the case of Konstantin Grcic who created a punk rock version of Le Corbusier's work by displaying gigantic punk posters along with his design pieces, like Myto chair the stool Miura by Plank; Chair One by Magis; Mayday lamp by Flos. The effect is very interesting.
