Pumpkin Bharta / Kaddu Ka Bharta

First,make pieces of pumpkin. Cut it in to cubes/squares.Drizzle 2 more tablespoons hot oil on top of that.
Boil water in a saucepan and cook the pumpkin pieces with little salt till done.
Now,when cooled,scoop the pumpkin pulp,and discard the peel.
Serve hot with Pulkas or Roti!!

In a pan,add 2 tablespoons oil,when its hot,add mustard seeds.
When they splutter,add green chilies and mix well.
After some time,add onion and tomato.
Add little salt ,so that cooking gets faster.
Add sugar.
Stir well.
Add kitchen king masala and turmeric powder.
Cook for some time and switch off the gas.
Add the pumpkin pulp,grated coconut,adjust salt,red chilli powder and cilantro.
Mix well.
