PSN policy change allows content activation on three portable devices
Sony has made changes to its policies regarding how many devices you can activate on a single PlayStation Network ID, allowing you to access newly purchased content in multiple ways.
Siliconera reports players can now activate up to three portable devices with their PSN IDs – useful for those with a PSP, Vita and Vita TV.
The policy change has no effect on games purchased before November 17, 2011, which can still be activated on up to five devices.  Games purchased after this date, which were previously restricted to two activations, are now allowed on three devices.
Video policy and PS3 game activation policies remain unchanged, although that’s not as simple as it sounds, because the number of activations of PS3 games varies from five to two depending on whether they were purchased before or after November 17 2011 respectively.
