Protein Shake Recipe Protein Shake/ smoothie I had today.
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
tablespoon almond butter
1/2 banana
1/3 cup blue berries
cup skim milk
scoop whey protein
1/2 cup oatmeal
Used as a meal replacement. Makes two servings. Give it a try....
