Protein – Low Carb Pancakes

100ml Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
20g USN 100% Whey Protein Powder
2 Egg Whitea
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Sugar Free butter Pancake syrup IMG_3571

Add milk, protein, baking powder and egg whites and blitz!

Ensure completely blended – and heat a fry pan over mediurm heat.

Pour a little protein batter in the pan and swirl around the bottom.

Once set and cooked, flip to cook the other side.

These pancakes are little more like ommlette style pancakes. Enjoy with a little sugar free butter syrup!
