It is time we start to sing dance and shout God’s message of Victory over our own lives and in peoples lives around us.
It is time that we start to realize that we can be a voice for people without a voice. We can cry out to God and release God’s Victory in other peoples lives even though they don’t want it. For a very long time all I wanted myself was a divorce, and to take our eldest son Oliver with me to start over agin, far away from Johan. I didn’t want a restored marriage. Many times after that we have seen it in other couples too. One of them want to stay and work on the marriage when the other person wants a new life, often with someone else. From a human being perspective there is nothing really we can do when one of them wants to move on. What left is there to work with if one of them doesn’t want to work anymore. And honestly sometimes I ask God the same question, What can we do here? don’t You see what I see. This time it’s really a messy mess. God can’t you see the marriage is completely destroyed and dead. Nothing is left, right, so what to do? Every time, we hear the same answer -PRAY, and see what I can do? release some faith I can work with! People underestimate prayer, and that is understandable. I mean If you don’t have a relationship with God, how can you believe in Prayer. But the rest of us who believe in God and have a personal relationship with the Creator of all things. And believe that He rose again from the dead and defeated death and won the Victory over the enemy, what about us??? Don’t we believe in prayer either? Two lies we have to speak LIFE and Victory over are number one: “It is too late-nothing to do-it is over- too smelly!” It is nothing but a lie from the enemy to keep us from speaking word of life. So if you still doubt, bring hope back to life by reading the story of how Jesus brought Lazarus back to life, after being dead for 4 days. Talking about smelly situation. Nothing is too late for God. By the Spirit of life, Jesus told Lazarus to come out of the grave after being dead for 4 days. Lie number two is: I can’t do anything regarding their situation! Nothing but a lie. Many “healing stories” with Jesus are actually about mums and dads running, screaming pleading, nagging Jesus to perform a miracle in their son’s or daughter’s life. They knew Jesus was the answer to their sick daughter or son’s healing. When nothing else helped, they went to Jesus. If we go back to the story of Lazarus. Remember Lazarus was not the one asking Jesus to bring him back to life. He was dead remember. It was his sisters and friends outside the grave and their tears that got Jesus’ attention. You have a mission to accomplish, if you see or hear about marriages breaking apart, start to proclaim life over that marriage. Remove any doubt and hopelessness by proclaiming Jesus’ Victory over any lies that crept in and hinder the marriage from restoration and new life. Still Doubting? Even here God is so amazing that we even can ask for help with our doubts and unbelief. Read the story of a father in Mark 9 and how honest He cries out to Jesus! “How long has this been happening?” Jesus asked the boy’s father. He replied, “Since he was a little boy. The spirit often throws him into the fire or into water, trying to kill him. Have mercy on us and help us, if you can.”“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”
The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief! Start proclaiming God’s Victory in your life and in others, if doubt creeps in, you know what to shout and cry: -I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief! Finally a Victory weapon is this verse: Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.” Mark 10:27 Come on, start proclaiming God’s Victory! ……I can’t hear you!
