Today we will discuss about the preparation of Mutton Curry. The preparation is very famous in India irrespective of its region and people.   • Pisces of Mutton
  • Cumin seeds
  • Red Chili powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger paste
  • Chopped onion
  • Green chili
  • Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar
  • Mustard oil
  • Ghee
  • Red dry chili
  • Tomato puree
  • Curd

Method: Marinate the mutton with curd, ginger paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, sprinkle of salt, garlic paste, red chili little mustard oil. Place the marinated mutton at least for 2 hour. Take a fry pan or kadai and heat the mustard oil. Then put red dry chilies, cumin seeds and the chopped onions .and cook it till the color turn in golden brown. Then add marinated mutton Pisces and cook it at least for 30 minutes. After that add the juice of marinated meat. Now add tomato puree and sprinkle of salt. Add a little quantity of sugar. Stir it for 15 minutes. Now put the whole thing to a pressure cooker and cook it again for 10 minutes until it gets soft.
