Pregnancy Week 33: Final Ultrasound

Today we were hoping to see Baby #3 in his final appearance via ultrasound. Because I am a borderline gestational diabetic, the doctor wanted to use this ultrasound to see how big the little guy is and to see if he's still healthy. 

Here's what we found out:

• He's still a boy. 
• He's a healthy 5 lbs 1 ounce. 
• He's breech. 
• He is already practicing his breathing skills (pretty cool to see!). 
• His heart is strong. 
• And finally, he doesn't like to have his picture taking. 

I was so disappointed. I was hoping to come home with a whole new round of adorable ultrasound photos, but no such luck. He had his hands up in front of his face for the 3D photo, and he wouldn't even give us a decent side profile. Below is his big brother demonstrating how #3 looked... 

Little bugger. 

But he's healthy and gearing up for his big debut, which is awesome. We're definitely ready and waiting. He could be here as soon as March 16th when I'm 37 weeks or as late as March 29th, his scheduled c-section. 

Time will tell.
