Power Pillow is basically an external battery pack that also lets you rest your head while recharging your smartphone or tablet. If your living room or bed room has minimum power sockets or if you have to walk a mile across the room to find a place to recharge your smartphone, this could be the perfect solution to make things easier.
This nifty gadget packs two 12000mAh lithium-polymer batteries inside a beautiful pillow, each capable of recharging an iPhone for about five times. The batteries are also removable, which means you can also take them out of the pillow and carry it around when you’re on the go.

I know there are tons of external batteries out there that could easily recharge a smartphone or a tablet without a power outlet, but the thing I like the most about Power Pillow is how it neatly hides that external battery. Think about it, who would possibly think to find a battery inside a pillow. It’s available in several designs as well. Then again, you can always grab an ordinary pillow at your home and stuff an external battery pack inside it to turn the pillow into a smart pillow. If you’re more of a DIY person, I’m sure you will figure this out, but if you feel like going for the “nifty”, go support this Kickstarter project. It’s entirely up to you.
