Signature Beef Noodle Soup 🍜 @ Potelicious (Richmond Public Market)⠀
Good Taiwanese food is hard to come by in Vancouver. Fortunately, a new spot opened up in the old school Richmond Public Market. Parking's a b*tch, but it was worth it for this bowl of chewy noodles and some of the most tender pieces of beef and tendon I've ever had. ⠀
The broth was deeply flavourful, but was a tad salty towards the end; my dad added some water to dilute his. I added some extra chilli sauce to make it spicy, instead of ordering the tongue-numbing mala version. 👅🌶
