Ingredients:
8 Eggs
16oz Self Raising Flour
16oz Butter
16oz Caster Sugar
4 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 Tbsp Milk
2oz Cocoa ( Add to half of the batter)
Using the all in one method mix all the ingredients together and bake in a two 10inch tin for 35-40 mins at 170c making one cake vanilla and other chocolate.
Allow the cake to cool, and cut the cakes in half. Jam and butter cream the cakes trimming to look like bus. Dirty ice the outside of the cake (Dirty Ice = cover the cake in buttercream)
Cover the cake in fondant
Add the little touches like windows and wheels
Make the little Pocoyo characters with fondant icing
This cake should make a little person smile!
This is a rather large cake and feeds up 30-40 people.
