I just received an email from FOTM writer Dave that early this morning, his 84-year-old mother fell and broke her hip.
She was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
Her hip bone was cracked and had come completely out of the hip socket. She will have surgery sometime tomorrow.
After his father passed away two years ago, Dave has been taking care of his mother while dealing with his own health issues.
Please say a prayer for Dave and his mother — that they be given the strength and fortitude to meet their separate challenges.
