As you can probably tell, it was INCREDIBLY windy today! So you're going to have to excuse the crazy whereabouts of my hair! I've had a very productive day though, infact, all week i've been quite busy as after PASSING my driving test on Monday (yayayayay) i've now discovered the art of freedom, and what it feels like to go wherever, and whenever i like. (Best feeling in the world). I'm quite a nervous driver as it is, and after almost a year of driving around my local town, i'm venturing into Newcastle tonight (Yes, in the dark - i know, i know.) to pick up my friend. So although freedom is now existent, I have become a free taxi service. Whippeee.
Anyhow, Despite the liklihood of me being able to talk about passing my driving test for ever and ever (my family really can't believe it) you'd probably like to know a little more about my outfit? Thought so. Well, I was very kindly sent this Zara esque coat from She Inside, which is the perfect 'grungey' addition to my wardrobe. The zips, buttons and leather sleeves are something 'less girly' than my usual attire, but by adding the tweed style skirt (also from She Inside) and polka dot scarf i've managed to bring it back to my typical style. The wedge boots I actually purchased last week in Manchester for a night out, but they are so comfortable, that i'm just going to have to wear them in the day too! On my little trip out today i decided to finally jump on the 'shade 107 by Kate Moss' bandwagon. I already own 2 of her shades, but whenever i wanted this one it was inevitably out-of-stock. But hurraahhh i finally own it, and it's absolutely perfect!
Have a lovely evening girlies! I'm spending a night in with the girls drinking champagne to celebrate my friends 18th! Oh, and of course we're hitting the town tomorrow night! ;) Hmmm, but what to wear? ... xxx
