As it was Friday night, which is my son's night to cook which he loves at the moment. He decided to make some healthy pizza, so with some of the left over dough we both came up with the idea of pizza dessert roll ups, specially since it was National Nutella Day 5th of February. This is one day we all need to add to the calendar!
Pizza dough wrapped with chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallows and nutella is super delicious as the kids wolfed it down so quick! It works brilliantly specially on the those cold winter nights.
As some of the chocolate melted out on to the baking tray, I smothered it onto the top of the pizza roll up, as it's just wrong to waste chocolate.
