Pirates Interested In Francouer and Revere

I think both of these guys are odd fits for the Pirates. For one, Francouer is not a good player and I'm not sure what need the Pirates feel he addresses. I'd only be ok if the Pirates got him for an organizational player or a fringy guy in short season.
Revere would be a very good fit for the rest of the season, but he's under control for two more years. He could be an expensive bench bat and Polanco insurance. He wouldn't play a big role ideally, because the big man with the real upside would step up. Maybe the Pirates use him for the rest of the season, hope he stays hot and turn him some prospects in the winter?
