The temperatures have been in the 90's all this week in NYC and it's supposed to hit 99 today so I totally have cold treats on the brain. I think I might try to make some Magic One Ingredient Ice Cream this weekend since we have some strawberries and bananas in the house. Have you been enjoying any cool delights lately?
