Tasty and sticky – I love BBQ ribs. Even though it’s not the weather for actually barbecuing the ribs, I still like to enjoy a sticky rib roasted in the oven until the meat falls off the bone… mmm! I looked at a lot of BBQ sauce recipes to see what ingredients I should use and in the end I decided to mix up my own BBQ sauce recipe including ketchup, brown sauce, cinnamon, wholegrain mustard, honey, golden syrup and paprika.
I simply mixed all the ingredients together and poured over the ribs and left them to marinade for a few hours before popping into the oven for around an hour to cook through and to get really sticky!
