As it is my birthday this week, I’ve decided to focus this Friday Pieday post on pies that celebrate birthdays. Here’s a few ideas I found around the internet from Flick River, That Winsome Girl and TheMissesPots
I like the look of these celebratory pies and I’m pretty sure they would all contain a sweet filling! Although I generally prefer a savoury pie and would always choose chicken over cherry, I think that a birthday pie has to be a dessert pie, especially if it involves blowing out candles and sharing slices with friends
