Phox Release First Single from Upcoming Album Plus Tour Dates [stream]

Last month, Wisconsin folk darlings, PHOX, announced their signing to Partisan Records and a debut album to be released June 24. Today, they released the first single from that debut and a slew of tour dates. “Slow Motion” showcases new slightly streamlined but not pinned-down production and their knack for being, well, incredible. Never settling on a specific sound is their specialty, but it definitely falls somewhere between scintillating and mesmerizing, their quirky brilliance and Monica Martin’s vocals forever leaving us smitten in their wake.
